The Iron Man Mark XLII (Mark 42), also known as the "Autonomous Prehensile Propulsion Suit", was the main armor built and used by Tony Stark in the movie Iron Man 3. It is well known for its special ability to fly in separate pieces and wrap itself around Tony's body. Sideshow and Hot Toys is thrilled to present the Iron Man Mark XLII (2.0) Sixth Scale Collectible Figure showcasing incredible battle damaged details from light scuffs and scratches to heavy, battle-worn details.
Meticulously crafted with diecast materials, version 2.0 of Mark XLII (2.0) Sixth Scale Figure in metallic gold, red and silver with heavy battle damaged effects faithfully recreated the remarkable armor from the intense combat. Features a newly developed battle damaged Tony Stark head sculpt, an interchangeable LED light up helmet, a specially applied metallic gold, red and silver colors on armor with heavy battle damaged effects, multiple battle damaged armors for alternate look, LED light-up functions on eyes, arc reactor, repulsors that scattered throughout the armor, and a battery booster, and a figure base.
The Deluxe Version provides extra display option by including an interchangeable heavy damaged right arm with armor’s mechanical details revealed, as well as multiple pieces of heavily battle-damaged armors. The figure also comes with a LED light up themed diorama figured stand.
A Special Edition available in selected markets will include an Iron Man helmet as bonus accessory.-
