This King Grayskull toy was added on February 2024 and also released in 2024. It may be harder to find this action figure as it's an exclusive to Creations. This action figure is part of the Masters of the Universe genre within the Origins series. With an average selling price of $198.33, this toy is not very valuable as it's selling for less than retail. Hundreds of collectors have this toy (184) in their user collections, so it does seem to be very popular.

UNBOXING & REVIEW Origins KING GRAYSKULL Masters of the Universe Eternia Playset Action Figure by www.youtube.com review sentiment positive

The journey to get this figure has been quite a ride—there was confusion as backers did not initially receive this figure with their Eternia playsets and were informed by Mattel Creations of a separate shipment in March. However, it began shipping unexpectedly, and mine arrived with no notice.

The King Grayskull figure does not disappoint. It boasts high-quality materials, from the plush fur collar reminiscent of a Persian cat to a lavishly detailed soft goods cape. The paint job, especially the gold accents, is well done. I must note that the head sculpt, although somewhat impeded in movement by his braids and the sword sheath on his back, is striking in its likeness and construction quality.

In comparison with the Masterverse version, their capes and fur collars are similar high-quality materials, though the Origins figure's head sculpt appears slightly larger. I did miss having a shield like the one that came with the Masterverse version. When swapping the heads between figures, I realized they're compatible, which adds a nice touch.

In conclusion, I highly recommend the King Grayskull figure. The attention to quality is evident, and it's an excellent addition to any MOTU collection. Now I can add him to my Eternia playset, making it truly complete.
